 What is the Artist Directory?
The Artist Directory is a project of Warrington Borough Council Arts Development Team. It will comprise a database of professional artists and craftmakers across Warrington and beyond. The Arts Development Team will manage the database and the directory will be made available online.
How do I join?
It's very simple. You can now use the online form to register your details. Why should I join?
The Artist Directory is free to join and registration is easy. The Arts Development Team will then be able to: - assist organisations wishing to identify suitable artists for community or schools projects;
- advise companies wishing to employ an artist to undertake a commission;
- provide lists of local artists and craftmakers to the general public.
How will my information be used?
Your information will be stored on a database that is managed by the Arts Development Team. Your contact details will then be available to enquirers looking for professional artists and craftmakers. The only information held on the database would be the information that you have supplied through the registration process. If you wish to get a copy of your database record, or update or remove your details from the Register, simply contact Warrington Borough Council Arts development Team. I have currently completed a module on Theatre In Education where we written a piece of Drama for young children and I have also recently finished my first writing project - a screen drama.
