Beat the winter blues with Dr Feelgood and Eddie & The Hot Rods
It’s the season of sniffles and scratchy throats but Parr Hall has just the right medicine. Dr Feelgood and Eddie & The Hot Rods will be bringing their distinctive and raw music to Warrington on Friday 26 February.
Dr Feelgood are known around the world as one of the most exciting rhythm and blues acts, and it was their unique sound that led to their album Stupidity shooting straight to the top of the UK charts. They have a string of hit singles, including Roxette, Back in the Night, Milk and Alcohol, Down at the Doctors, and See You Later Alligator – the group’s first gold record.
Formed in the very same town of Canvey Island in Essex, Eddie & The Hot Rods have also gained a reputation for incredible and energetic live performances. Known particularly for their hit single, Do Anything You Wanna Do, the five-piece band will blow those winter cobwebs away with the sounds of their guitars, bringing punk rock to every corner of the legendary venue Parr Hall.
This is your chance to witness two of the greatest bands of the seventies at one unmissable event.
