Booking FAQs

We’ve recently updated our booking system to improve our customer service. Now you’ll be able to claim discounts online, add tickets and gift vouchers to your basket and manage your account online. While you’re getting used to our new ticketing system – we’ve included some FAQ for you below.

I don’t know my password but the website is asking for one.

If you’ve booked a ticket with us before – you will have an account automatically created. Just click – ‘forgot password’ to set yourself a password.

If you’ve not booked with us before – you will need to click ‘Register now’ to set up a login.

Have your booking fees changed?

Yes they have. Thanks to our new system – we’ve simplified and overall reduced our booking fees for customers. Ticket fees are only £1.75 per ticket online and £1.75 per card transaction offline.

Why are different shows of events no longer listed separately?

For easier browsing of our website, you now only see a list of all available shows for each event when you go through to the booking page.

When is the Box Office Open?

You can book tickets online at any time. If you want to call or come into the box office you can do so

Weekdays: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 10am-2pm
Sunday: Closed

Terms and Conditions

All tickets are subject to availability. Management reserves the right not to admit any latecomers, to refuse admissions and to provide alternatives seats to those purchased, of the same or greater value. All tickets are booked on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. All information correct at time published E&EO. We reserve to change events, dates, times and artists without prior notice. Please contact the box office for updated information.
Please note that other members of audience may stand or dance in front of you and restrict your view. No refunds will be offered in the event your view is restricted in those circumstances.

If an Event is postponed and re-scheduled, your original ticket will entitle you to attend the postponed and re-scheduled Event. It is your responsibility to check the date and time of any postponed or re-scheduled Event.

If the event is cancelled or postponed, you may be entitled to a refund from the ticket agent you purchased them from. Please see the ticket agent’s terms and conditions for more information. Any booking, service or administration fees charged by Culture Warrington are non-refundable.

Under no circumstances will our liability extend to costs or losses incurred in connection with the Event, (including cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of an Event); travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements.
