Ticket Prices

Tickets prices vary for each performance. Please contact the Box Office directly for ticket information and to check availability.

Concessions

Concessions apply to the following people on production of relevant proof:

• People receiving State Pension
• NUS card holders / Under 16’s / Under 18’s in full time education 
• Registered disabled 
• Recipients of Jobseekers Allowance, Family Credit, Income Support, New Dealers 
• One Carer accompanying a person with a disability 
• Leisure Card users    

Please note that concessions are not available for all events.

Group Bookings & Discounts

Buy 10 tickets together and receive 1 free on selected shows.

Access

Postal bookings

Tickets will be sent out 10 or more working days before an event.

Payment by credit card/cheque

There will be a small charge of £2.70 for all credit/debit card & cheque transactions. Please make cheques payable to Warrington Borough Council. 

Refunds and exchanges

Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds, exchange or replace lost tickets under any circumstances. 

Latecomers

Pyramid & Parr Hall reserves the right not to admit latecomers once the event has started.
