• Concessions apply to anyone who is registered disabled * 

• Please let us know if you need one of our wheelchair spaces when you book 

• There are wheelchair accessible toilets on the ground, first and second floor and in the Space bistro bar on the lower ground floor 

• Orange badge holders can park right outside the rear of the building in one of the five disabled car parking spaces 

• There is a disabled chair lift within Pyramid 

* Please note that concessions are not available for all events. 

• Pyramid has an induction loop system which is fed from the control desk and can be used for all events 

• Infra red headsets are available free of charge and can be pre-booked with the Box Office for the Parr Hall  

• All our publicity information can be sent to visually impaired patrons in large print and on audio tape 

• Registered Assistance Dogs are welcome in the auditorium
